    The email will include instructions on how to schedule your consultation.

  • Yes, all language training sessions are currently conducted online.
    You can participate via Zoom or Google Meet.

    English and French training are provided directly by our company.
    The Japanese language courses are offered through our partner language institutions, and we will introduce the most suitable course to you free of charge.

現在、以下のお支払い方法に対応しています：

  • クレジットカード決済（Visa、MasterCard、JCBなど）

  • PayPal決済

  • Alipay（アリペイ）決済

現時点ではコンビニ払いと銀行振込には対応しておりませんが、今後の事業展開に応じて導入を検討する可能性があります。

サービスの開始時期は内容によって異なります：

  • コンサルティング、履歴書対策、面接準備、語学トレーニング：購入後1～3営業日以内にご連絡し、初回サービスの日程を調整いたします。

  • 企業サイト・ECサイト制作、マーケティング調査：購入後3営業日以内にご連絡し、具体的なニーズをヒアリングした上で開始時期を決定いたします。

サービス購入後、提供が開始されていない場合は返金が可能です：

  • サービス開始前：全額返金

  • サービス提供中または完了後：返金不可

返金をご希望の場合は、「お問い合わせページ」より申請してください。3営業日以内に対応いたします。

  • サービス購入後 7日以内 に返金申請を行い、サービスが未使用の場合は全額返金いたします。

  • サービスを一部利用済みの場合は、利用状況に応じた金額を差し引いて返金いたします。

  • ウェブサイト制作や市場調査などのカスタムサービスは、開始後の返金はできませんのでご了承ください。

返金申請を確認した後、5～10営業日 以内に処理いたします。実際の着金時間はお支払い方法によって異なる場合があります。

以下の方法で返金申請が可能です：

  • ウェブサイトにログインし、「マイオーダー」から該当サービスを選択し、「返金申請」をクリックします。

  • または、info@newbig8.com 宛てに注文番号と返金理由を記載したメールをお送りください。

  • 当社側の責任による返金（例：サービス提供未履行）の場合、手数料はかかりません。

  • お客様都合での返金の場合、3%の手数料 を差し引いて返金いたします。
