Once a consulting session has been conducted and our advice has been delivered, no refunds can be issued.
If a cancellation is made before the session takes place, a full refund will be provided.
2. Training Services
We collaborate with language training institutions in Japan to offer language training and AI-related career support programs for those seeking to start a business or find employment in Japan.
Refunds for training services are subject to each partner institution’s cancellation and refund policies.

3. Physical Goods
For physical goods such as business cards or promotional materials, we comply with the Japanese E-Commerce Law and relevant industry standards.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.
If a product is damaged or defective, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement.
For returns made due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. General Terms
Refunds will, in principle, be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear.
